This includes travel to your house within our service area, a comprehensive physical exam, assessment and tailored recommendations for your pet.
The charge for each additional pet exam is discounted to $125.

Quality-of-Life Consultation

Includes the following:
- Comprehensive physical exam
- Discussion about your pet’s health, quality of life, nursing care, potential environmental improvements, and the plan and timing for euthanasia
- Medication and nutritional recommendations
- Review of your pet’s medical records
- Written summary of your consultation emailed to you
- House call

Applies to rechecks for the same problem scheduled within 2 months of the initial sick pet visit. New problems/illnesses/injuries cannot be scheduled as recheck exams. Includes house call fee.
